For Presenters

Poster Presentations

We ask that you make your poster in A0 size (84.1 x 118.9 cm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches) and standing/portrait format. Smaller sizes are accepted, but not recommended.

There will be two poster sessions, where half of the posters will be presented in the first session on Monday June 23 and the other half in the second session on Tuesday June 24. Posters in the first session have numbers starting with 1, while posters in the second session have numbers starting with 2, so make sure to check your given poster number. Poster numbers can be found HERE, but will also be e-mailed to all presenters. 

Your poster can be put up on the boards either during the morning coffee break or the lunch break on the day of your poster session. It must be taken down before the morning coffee break on the following day. Pins to put up the poster will be provided on each board. If you cannot set it up during the specified time, please look for one of the organisers for help.

All poster boards will be placed on the ground floor and first floor of the venue. Posters will be arranged sequentially according to their poster numbers. Please look for the display marked with your poster number.

If possible, please be present next to your poster during the poster sessions, see the program for exact timings.

Your poster must be taken down before the morning coffee break on the day after your session to make room for other posters. Posters that are not taken down will be discarded.

Oral Presentations

Talks will be distributed during the morning sessions as well as the parallell afternoon sessions, so please make sure to check the day and time of your presentation in the program.

Please make sure to keep your presentation within the given timeframe, which should allow for 5 minutes of discussion. This means that the presentations will be as follows:

• Regular presentations: 10 min (+5 min discussion)
• Keynote presentations: 25 min (+5 min discussion)
• Plenary presentations: 40 min (+5 min discussion)

Please use Powerpoint (16:9 format) for your presentation.

Name your presentation file with day of your presentation and your name. For example:  Tue_Anderson_Mary

The session room is equipped with a projector and a computer. We have many short talks, so we would like you to upload your presentation 24 hours before your scheduled time: Upload your presentation using the link provided in the email sent to all speakers.

If your presentation includes video, please upload these as separate files.

Please sit in the front row during the session of your presentation, so you can get help to be prepared with a microphone. Should you in any way need assistance with your presentation, please contact the organisers onsite.
